darn weight loss journey
Why oh why is it so hard to lose weight and keep it off and get to your goal. I managed to lose 60 lbs since June till Oct and then i start gaining some back grrrr i need to lose so much more and feel healthy again. I want to start walking and try hiking this year. i want to go back to the gym. I want a way better healthier active life so can anyone tell my why the hell it is so hard to get there. I tried so hard to get to where i was and definitely didn't expect to go back up again. I want to try things i have never tried before i want more self confidence.. I just want a whole new healthy life style that i can adapt to and stick with for the REST OF MY LIFE...
